Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Voucher valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before the expiry date.

Treatments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

A consultation is required before a Recovery Pathway begins, and treatments are subject to suitability.

The monetary value of vouchers can be used towards treatment and multiple monetary vouchers may be combined.

Where the voucher does not cover the full cost of treatment, the remaining balance is payable by the recipient.

Any remaining balance may be retained and used towards a future treatment before the voucher expiry date.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Please keep your voucher and voucher code safe. Lost vouchers may be replaced at Rosie Mayhew's discretion.

Appointments booked using a gift voucher are subject to Rosie's standard cancellation and rescheduling policy. Late cancellation or non-attendance may result in the relevant treatment being forfeited.
