Recovery Pathways
Personalised programmes that support healing after treatment.
A Recovery Pathway is a structured programme of treatments, delivered weekly or twice weekly depending on your stage of recovery. Each treatment is tailored to you, based on your story, your symptoms and your goals.
-
3 weeks | 6 × 60 minute sessions | £450
Designed for those in the early stages of recovery following surgery or radiotherapy, or particularly where scar formation, pain or tissue restriction would benefit from more intensive treatment.
You'll attend two one-hour sessions each week for three weeks, providing consistent support during the body's most active healing phase.
-
6 weeks | 6 × 90 minute sessions | £630
Designed for those who are further into their recovery journey but continue to experience scar pain and ongoing side effects of radiotherapy, this Pathway provides targeted support to help move through plateaus and promote continued improvement.
You'll attend one 90 minute session each week over six weeks, with a one week break in the middle, allowing time to consolidate progress while continuing to improve mobility, tissue health and comfort.

The Four Pillars of Your Recovery Pathway
-
Supporting healing on a cellular level.
My passionate advocacy of photobiomodulation (red light therapy), has grown from seeing first hand the incredible difference this treatment can make to pain and tissue health. Photobiomodulation uses carefully selected wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate the body's natural repair processes. Research is showing that it can enhance cellular energy production, reduce inflammation and support collagen formation, making it an effective treatment for scar healing, pain management and tissue recovery.
Photobiomodulation can help to:
Accelerate tissue repair
Reduce inflammation
Support healthy collagen production
Improve scar healing
Reduce pain and discomfort
-
Restoring movement and supporting healthy tissue repair.
Scar tissue continues to change long after surgery or radiotherapy. Left untreated, it can become tight, painful and restrict movement. Using specialist scar therapy techniques including myofascial release, I help improve tissue mobility, soften adhesions and encourage healthy remodelling of the scar, supporting both comfort and function.
Scar therapy can help to:
Improve tissue mobility and flexibility
Reduce pain and sensitivity
Minimise adhesions and fibrosis
Improve posture and movement
Support long-term scar healing
-
Encouraging the body's natural healing and drainage systems.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialised therapy that stimulates the lymphatic system to encourage the movement of excess fluid and support immune function. It can be particularly beneficial following surgery or cancer treatment, helping to reduce swelling, improve comfort and promote healthy tissue recovery.
MLD can help to:
Reduce swelling and fluid build-up
Support lymphatic circulation
Ease feelings of heaviness or tightness
Improve tissue health
Promote relaxation and recovery
-
Supporting both physical recovery and emotional wellbeing.
Recovery isn't only physical. Using carefully selected essential oils chosen to meet your individual needs, clinical aromatherapy complements the hands-on treatments by creating the conditions in which the body can relax, helping reduce stress, ease muscle tension and support overall wellbeing throughout recovery.
Clinical aromatherapy can help to:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Ease muscular tension
Promote relaxation
Improve overall wellbeing
Enhance the treatment experience
Why they work so well together
Each discipline plays a different role in your recovery. Photobiomodulation supports healing at a cellular level, scar massage improves tissue mobility, Manual Lymphatic Drainage encourages healthy fluid movement, and clinical aromatherapy helps create the optimal conditions for recovery. Together, these four disciplines form an integrated approach that supports your body's natural healing processes more effectively than any single therapy alone.
Why consistency matters
Recovery is a gradual process. While one treatment can provide relief, meaningful improvements are achieved through consistent care over time. Each session builds on the progress of the last, allowing the cumulative effects of treatment to support tissue repair, improve mobility and reduce pain. By working with your body's natural healing processes, your Recovery Pathway is designed to create lasting change.
